  • Milk Stout | Iron Monk Brewing Co. |  Our Milk Stout was the beer that started it all for Iron Monk.  This delicious, sweet stout gives a ton of espresso on the nose, and the flavor doesn't disappoint.  With a lot of coffee flavor, lactose sweetness, and a creamy oat-like mouthfeel, our Milk Stout is essentially the best iced coffee you'll ever catch a buzz from.  Voted Best in Show at Tulsa's HopJam in 2016.

 

  • Oatmeal Stout | Lb. Brewing Co. | Full-bodied stout with an even balance of sweetness and roasted malt flavors. Hints of coffee and chocolate are apparent with a soft mouthfeel and a clean finish. 

 

  • Salt City Ctout | Salt City Brewing Co. | An expression of please surprise and an eager second taste is the most common reaction to the Salt City Brewing Stout. This dark, chocolatey sipper is a delicious discovery for stout and lager lovers alike. Dark-roaster malts, coupled with flaked oats and barley, create a welcome complexity and uncommonly smooth silkiness. With its medium body and drinkable character, it’s a great after-dinner treat, but too good to save for last.

 

  • Simon's Stout | Happy Basset Brewing Co. | This Milk Stout is full of flavor with lots of chocolate notes and is amazingly smooth from start to finish. Named after the newest Basset to the Happy Basset Family, Simon Todd!

 

  • Super Chief Stout | Iron Rail Brewing | This rich, sweet version of the classic Oatmeal Stout presents an array of flavors including chocolate and coffee. Roasted barley helps to give this beer its dark color and intense flavor. Hallertau Magnum and Mt. Hood hops help to accentuate the flavors with a mild bitterness to balance the malt sweetness.

 

  • Whiskey Barrel Stout | Boulevard Brewing Company | Over-the-top but surprisingly approachable, this twist on the classic style starts with several types of malted barley, rye, oats, and wheat. Robust flavors of vanilla, espresso, whiskey, chocolate and roasted grain balanced by hints of date and plum, with just enough hops to round it all out. Roughly one-third of the final blendis freshly brewed beer; the rest is aged for up to a year(or more!) in both first and sencond use whiskey casks.

  • 312 Dry Hopped Wheat | Goose Island Beers | During the most recent hop harvest, our brewmaster, Jared, got the notion to put some fresh hops into his pint of 312. He liked it so much that we decided to introduce it to Chicago. 312 Dry-Hopped has all of the lemony, doughy notes we love in 312 with extra brightness from the dry-hopping. Drink it fresh.   • CHK Wheat | Iron Rail Brewing Company | A refreshing AMerican wheat beer made with a mix of Pilsner, 2-Row, Wheat and a touch of Munich malt and oats gives this summer refresher a light profile with a slight mouthfeel. Amarillo hops provide pleasant citrus notes while an addition of Cascade late in the boil gives a subtle floral nose.
